By accessing or using the platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the Cholo platform.
Rider/User refers to any individual using Cholo services for transportation or parcel delivery.
Driver/Delivery Partner refers to individuals providing ride-sharing or parcel delivery services through Cholo.
Platform refers to the Cholo mobile application, website, and related systems.
Parcel refers to any item submitted for delivery through Cholo Parcel services.
Wallet refers to the in-app balance system used for transactions, rewards, or adjustments.
To use Cholo services, users must:
Be at least 18 years old
Provide accurate account information
Use valid phone numbers and identification where required
Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations
Cholo reserves the right to deny or terminate access to any user at its discretion.
Riders must provide accurate pickup and drop-off locations.
Riders are responsible for checking ride details before confirming bookings.
Riders must behave respectfully toward drivers and comply with applicable laws.
Multiple fake bookings or misuse of the platform may result in suspension.
Riders may cancel rides before driver arrival without charge in certain situations.
Cancellation fees may apply after a driver has traveled toward the pickup location or waited beyond the allowed waiting time.
Excessive cancellations may lead to temporary restrictions or account review.
Drivers may apply waiting charges if riders delay pickup beyond the free waiting period.
Waiting charges may vary depending on service type, city, or campaign conditions.
Users are prohibited from:
Harassing drivers
Using abusive or threatening language
Carrying illegal or dangerous items
Damaging driver property
Attempting fraudulent activity
Serious violations may result in immediate account suspension or legal action.
Cholo may suspend or permanently terminate rider accounts for:
Fraudulent transactions
Fake bookings
Abuse toward drivers or staff
Repeated policy violations
Unsafe or illegal behavior
To operate on Cholo, drivers must:
Hold valid government-issued identification
Possess valid driving licenses and vehicle documents
Meet vehicle condition and safety standards
Pass verification procedures required by Cholo
Cholo reserves the right to approve or reject driver applications.
Cholo currently charges a platform commission fee of 5% from the total completed trip or parcel delivery fare.
Drivers or delivery partners receive the remaining 95% of eligible earnings.
Commission rates may change based on service type, campaign, operational costs, or future platform updates.
Drivers may receive:
Trip bonuses
Peak-hour incentives
Referral rewards
Campaign-based earnings
Performance bonuses
Eligibility requirements, targets, and payout timelines may vary depending on city, service category, or promotional campaign.
Cholo may deduct amounts from driver wallets for:
Platform commission
Negative balance adjustments
Fraud investigations
Refund settlements
Penalty charges due to policy violations
Drivers are responsible for maintaining sufficient wallet balance where applicable.
Drivers are strictly prohibited from:
Fake trips
Self-booking
Manipulating GPS or trip routes
Fake parcel confirmations
Referral abuse
Misusing promotional campaigns
Any fraudulent activity may result in:
Immediate account suspension
Earnings forfeiture
Permanent platform ban
Legal action where necessary
Driver accounts may be temporarily or permanently deactivated due to:
Unsafe driving
Repeated customer complaints
Fraudulent activity
Expired documents
Low service quality
Violation of Cholo policies or local regulations
Cholo Parcel currently supports:
Instant delivery
Same-day delivery
City-based delivery services only
Intercity or long-distance parcel delivery services are currently not supported unless officially announced by Cholo.
Users must not send:
Illegal substances
Weapons or explosives
Dangerous chemicals
Currency or financial instruments
Narcotics
Perishable illegal goods
Live animals
Stolen goods
Any item prohibited by local law
Cholo reserves the right to refuse or report suspicious deliveries.
Senders are responsible for providing accurate recipient information.
Recipients must remain available during delivery.
Cholo is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information, weather, traffic, or force majeure events.
Same-day delivery availability may depend on:
Distance
Traffic conditions
Rider availability
Weather
Operational limitations
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
Parcel size and weight limitations may vary depending on vehicle type and city regulations.
Oversized or unsafe parcels may be rejected.
Users are encouraged to avoid sending highly valuable or fragile items.
Cholo may investigate claims related to lost or damaged parcels.
Compensation eligibility, if applicable, will be determined based on investigation findings and platform policy.
Cholo’s liability may be limited according to applicable law and internal policies.
Users may receive referral rewards when:
A referred user signs up using a valid referral code
The referred user completes eligible rides or activities
Referral conditions are successfully verified by the system
The following activities are prohibited:
Multiple fake accounts
Self-referrals
Device manipulation
Fraudulent ride creation
Violations may result in:
Reward cancellation
Wallet adjustment
Account suspension
Referral rewards, bonuses, or promotional credits may expire after a certain period determined by Cholo.
Unused rewards may automatically be removed from accounts after expiry.
Cholo reserves the right to:
Investigate suspicious referral activity
Reverse fraudulent rewards
Suspend accounts involved in abuse
Modify or terminate referral programs at any time
Promotional offers are valid only during the stated campaign period.
Expired promotions cannot be reused or reactivated.
Coupons may be limited by city, user category, service type, or account status.
Only one coupon may apply per eligible trip unless otherwise specified.
Certain promotions may only be available in selected cities or operational zones.
Cholo may restrict promotions to:
New users
Existing users
Selected customer groups
Drivers or delivery partners
Eligibility conditions may change without prior notice.
Cashback rewards:
May be credited to wallet balances
May contain expiration dates
Cannot always be transferred or withdrawn
May require minimum ride or transaction conditions
Users agree to pay all applicable fares, charges, fees, taxes, and penalties associated with platform usage.
Prices may vary depending on distance, time, demand, traffic, weather, and operational conditions.
Cholo reserves the right to update pricing structures at any time.
Cholo does not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability.
Services may be affected by:
Technical maintenance
Internet disruptions
Government restrictions
Operational limitations
Third-party service failures
By using Cholo, users agree to the collection and processing of information according to the Cholo Privacy Policy.
This may include:
Location data
Device information
Transaction history
Communication records
Verification information
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Cholo acts as a technology platform connecting users and drivers.
Cholo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service usage.
Users assume responsibility for their own actions during rides or deliveries.
Cholo reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updated terms become effective once published on the platform or website.
Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
